Greens' Drug Store

Upon investigation, we found out that to store, under controlled conditions and dispatch drug samples, an MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) license was needed.

We pitched our proposal to the client and they immediately liked what they saw.

The next step was to gain the license. This involved writing various SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) covering every conceivable event, making a room secure with CCTV and installing temperature controlling devices.

The MHRA inspection went incredibly smoothly. The inspectors were so impressed they actually took away a copy of our presentation to use when consulting other pharmaceutical companies.

The project is essentially about communicating with Sales Reps and HCPs and the service works like this:

Sales rep visits HCPs and offers a sample drug.
HCP fills in request and sales rep sends back to Greens.
Greens log details and e-mails rep requesting preferred delivery date.
Greens sends rep a text message the day before the delivery date.
Greens log batch number of drug and packs for delivery.
Greens log receipt of delivery of drug to HCP.
All information is available on-line on a secure web site.

And that's about it. So while you may not have a requirement for drug sampling please do contact Greens if you have requirements that are a bit different from your normal day-to-day requests. You'll be surprised at what we can do for you!
